Adcelerate Ltd provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to paid advertising on Meta, TikTok and Google, brand strategy, creative production, analytics, and social media management. The specific scope, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed with each client.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in the applicable statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Advertising media spend is billed separately and paid directly to the relevant platform or, where agreed, reimbursed by the client.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Adcelerate Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for clients are governed by the terms of the applicable engagement contract.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Do not use the website to transmit viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
